This report is the first publication of a study of the sulfoammophos market in Russia, the CIS countries and the world.
Market monitoring has been conducted since 2010.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the sulfoammophos market in Russia, the CIS countries and the world
The object of the study is sulfoammophos, a sulfur-containing nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer.
Chronological scope of the study: 2010-2021; forecast - 2022-2030
Research geography: Russia and the CIS countries - a comprehensive detailed analysis of the market, the world - a multiple characteristic of the market.
This work is a desk study. As sources of information, data from the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation (Rosstat), the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (FCS of the Russian Federation), statistics of railway transportation of the Russian Federation were used; State Customs Service of Ukraine, Agency on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Statistics Service of Ukraine; US Geological Survey; UN databases UN data; as well as industry and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of issuers of securities, websites of enterprises producing sulfoammophos.
The report consists of 8 parts, contains 139 pages, including 51 tables, 33 figures, and 1 appendix.
The first chapter gives a brief description of the world market of sulfoammophos - provides information about the main manufacturers of this product; new projects for the production of nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers and phosphoric acid; dynamics of world trade and prices for products on the world market. The dynamics of demand for sulfur-containing nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers in 2010-2021 was also analyzed.
In the second chapter of the report, the technologies for the production of sulfoammophos are considered, as well as the main types of raw materials necessary for its production are described. Data on the directions and volumes of supplies of raw materials for the production of sulfoammophos in Russia and the CIS are given.
The third chapter discusses the quality requirements for sulfoammophos produced in Russia and the CIS. An assessment of the volume and dynamics of fertilizer production in Russia and the CIS in 2010-2021 is also given, the main producers of sulfoammophos are identified, the current state of manufacturing enterprises and plans for their further development are analyzed.
The fourth chapter of the report is devoted to foreign economic transactions with sulfoammophos, analyzes data on the volume of exports and imports in Russia in 2010-2021, in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, other CIS countries, as well as in Turkey in 2010-2020. The main directions, tendencies and features of export-import deliveries of sulfoammophos in the CIS space are determined.
The fifth chapter discusses the pricing algorithm in the mineral fertilizer market, provides data on the level of prices for sulfoammophos in the domestic market of Russia, and analyzes the dynamics of export-import prices for the products under study in Russia, the CIS and Turkey in 2010-2020.
The sixth chapter of the report is devoted to the consumption of sulfoammophos in Russia and other CIS countries. This section shows the production-consumption balance of the studied products in Russia and Kazakhstan in 2010-2021, the regional consumption structure is assessed, and the main consumers of this fertilizer are given. The section also provides production-demand balances of sulfoammophos in Ukraine, Uzbekistan and other CIS countries in 2010-2020.
The seventh chapter analyzes the trade policy of the CIS - measures of state and customs regulation, customs duties, export quotas; the barriers to entry of new players into the market are considered.
The eighth chapter is devoted to the forecast for the development of the sulfoammophos market in Russia and the CIS for the period up to 2030. The section discusses the main trends in the global market for phosphate fertilizers, as well as the CIS market; the main factors contributing to the increase in demand for sulfoammophos were assessed.
The appendix contains the addresses and contact information of the main producers of sulfoammophos in the CIS.
Target audience of the study:
– participants in the market of sulfoammophos and other sulfur-containing nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers;
- Potential investors.
The proposed study claims to be a reference tool for marketing services and decision-makers working in the market of complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers.
