The report is devoted to investigation of current standing of market of propylene oxide in CIS countris and forecast of the market development.
The report consists of 6 Sections, contains 60 pages, including 17 Figures, 26 Tables and Appendix. This work is desk study. As information sources, we used data of Rosstat, Inter-State Committee on Statistics of CIS countries, Federal Customs Service of Russia, official domestic railage statistic of JSC RZhD (former Ministry of Railway Transport of Russia), sectoral (industrial) and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, as well as data from web-sites of company-producers and consumers of propylene oxide.
The first Section of the report presents technologies of production of propylene oxide, their features, required resources and their quality.
The second Section is devoted to analysis of production of propylene oxide in CIS countries, including requirements, imposed on grade of the products (State Standards and Specifications). The Section presents statistic data on production of propylene oxide in CIS countries, describes current standing of the greatest producer of the product.
The third Section is devoted to analysis of Russian and Ukrainian foreign trade in propylene oxide for 1999-2006.
The fourth Section is devoted to analysis of prices on propylene oxide at Russian market in 2006, and analysis of export-import prices on the product from 1999 to 2006.
The fifth Section presents analysis of consumption of propylene oxide in Russia. The Section presents supply-demand balance of the product, sectoral and regional consumption pattern, description of current standing of the main industries, consuming propylene oxide, and current standing and prospects of development of the greatest enterprise-consumers.
The sixth, final Section of the report presents forecast of development of Russian market of propylene oxide up to 2010
According to estimation of "InfoMine", in nearest years in Russia, consumption of propylene oxide will rise by around 5% per year.
