This report is the eighth edition of the study of the market fluorite (fluorspar) in the CIS countries.

Market monitoring conducted from September 2006.

The purpose of research – analysis of global, Russian and CIS markets fluorite (fluorspar), as well as chains of its conversion in the industries of ferrous metallurgy, ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry.

The objects of study are the fluorite ore (fluorite ore), fluorite concentrate (fluorspar concentrate) and flotation metallurgical lump, acid and welding classes, as well as fluorite briquettes.

This work is a Desk study. As information sources used data of Rosstat, Federal customs service of Russia, official statistics of rail transportation of the Russian Federation, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on statistics, State customs service of Ukraine; used materials State USGS (USGS), the data base UNdata, sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of issuers of securities, and also Internet-sites of company-producers of fluorite and fluoride-containing products.

The chronological scope of the study: 1999-2016; forecast, 2017-2025

Geography research: Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine – a comprehensive detailed analysis of the market; Armenia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan – a retrospective analysis of the total market; the rest of the world – General information about the dynamics and characteristics of the market.

The report consists of 7 sections, contains 87 pages, including 19 figures, 42 tables and 2 appendices.

In the first Chapter of the report presents brief characteristics of world market of fluorite (reserves, production, manufacturing, producing countries, prices).

In the second Chapter of the report presents data on mineral resources base of fluorspar in the CIS countries, the structure of reserves and characteristics of main deposits.

The third Chapter is devoted to the mining and production of fluorite in the CIS countries. In addition, here are the requirements to the quality of fluorite concentrate of different brands and describe the technologies used for the enrichment of fluorite ores of different composition.
