This report is the third edition of the wood pellet market research in Russia.
Market monitoring has been conducted since 2006.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the Russian wood pellet market.
The objects of research are wood fuel pellets (pellets).
This work is a desk study. As sources of information, data from Rosstat, the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, statistics of railway transportation of the Russian Federation were used; data from the UNdata and Eurostat databases were used; materials of world agencies, industry and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers, as well as websites of manufacturers of wood fuel pellets and briquettes.
Chronological scope of the study: 2015-2022; forecast - until 2030
Research geography: Russian Federation - comprehensive detailed market analysis.
The report consists of 7 parts, contains 74 pages, including 18 tables, 8 figures, 2 Annexes.
The first chapter of the report gives a general description of wood pellets (pellets), requirements for quality and transportation, production technology.
In the second chapter of the report, an assessment of the raw material supply for the production of wood pellets in Russia is given, the structure of the formation of wood waste in the Russian Federation is given, and the capacity of the Russian market for the production of pellets is estimated.
The third chapter of the report analyzes data on the production of wood pellets in the period 2015-2022, including in the context of the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation, and also provides data on the main pellet manufacturing companies.
