This report is the fourth edition of the finished market research of catalysts for refining in Russia.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the Russian market of refinery catalysts.
The object of the study are catalytic processes of catalytic cracking, hydroprocessing (hydrotreating, hydrodesulfurization, hydrocracking, hydrodewaxing, reforming, isomerization).
The work is a desk study. As sources of information, the data of the Federal Service of State Statistics of the Russian Federation (Rosstat), statistics of railway transportation, customs statistics, the Infomain database were used. The materials of the branch and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers, Internet sites of manufacturing enterprises and catalyst consumers, as well as scientific and technical literature were also attracted.
Chronological framework of the research: 2006-2017; forecast - 2018-2030.
Geography of the research: Russia.
This review is the most complete among the presented on the information market on this topic, and claims to be a reference tool, replacing the data of the Federal State Statistics Service of Russia. in connection with the change in the nomenclature of statistical reporting, the data of the FSSS of the Russian Federation contain incomplete information on the release of catalysts. The use of these data without additional careful analysis can lead to the adoption of erroneous management decisions by marketing services and specialists working in the market of catalysts for refining.
A distinctive feature of this study is that it provides a detailed analysis of the market of refinery catalysts, which avoids the mistakes made by authors of similar studies conducted by other companies.
The second distinguishing feature of this work is the breadth of the timeframe - a detailed analysis of production and foreign economic operations with catalysts for oil refining in the period 2006-2017 was carried out.
Scope of the research: the report consists of 6 parts, contains 168 pages, including 61 tables, 35 figures and 10 applications.
The first chapter of the report is devoted to the description of the classification of refinery catalysts and the identification of the main directions for the use of catalytic processes in oil refining.
In the second chapter there is a detailed list of the refinery catalysts produced in Russia and their brief characteristics. A review of the main raw materials required for the production of refinery catalysts was conducted.
The third chapter is devoted to the production of refining catalysts in Russia. Statistical and estimated data on the volumes of the release of these catalysts in Russia in 2006-2017 are given, the structure of the release of catalysts by species is revealed. A review of Russian refineries catalyst manufacturers and organizations involved in the development and implementation of these catalysts is given.
The fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of foreign trade operations of Russia with catalysts of oil refining in 2006-2017. and for 5 months. 2018. In addition, the description of the main foreign companies supplying these catalysts to the Russian market is given. This chapter also provides information on the level of export-import prices for catalysts of oil refining of various types in 2006-2015. and for 5 months. 2018 (cracking, hydrotreating, hydrocracking, reforming and isomerization).
In the fifth chapter of the report, the consumption of refining catalysts in Russia is considered. This section shows the balance of production and consumption of these products in 2006-2017, the structure of consumption by type. Also given is a description of the Russian oil refining industry and an overview of the use of oil refining catalysts in various processes.
The sixth chapter provides a forecast for the development of the Russian market of catalysts for oil refining for the period up to 2030.
In the annexes, a list of existing and projected units for cracking, hydrotreatment, hydrocracking, reforming, isomerization, hydrodewaxing, xylenes production in Russia is given in the annexes.
Also given are the addresses and contact information of enterprises that manufacture and consume oil refining catalysts.
