This review is the sixth edition of the calcium hypochlorite market research in Russia, the EAEU and the world.

Market monitoring has been carried out since 2000.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the calcium hypochlorite market in Russia and the EAEU countries.

The object of study is calcium hypochlorite (bleach) both in solution and in solid form.

The work presented is a desk research. Data from the statistical committees of the EAEU countries (including Rosstat, the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan) were used as sources of information; UN international databases (UNdata), World Bank, Eurostat; international and European trade data (UN Comtrade, Trade Map); Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (until 2022); Unified information system in the field of procurement; railway transport statistics; VLSI databases; foreign specialized companies; annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers; industry and regional press, conference materials, Internet sites of manufacturing enterprises and consumers of the products under study; scientific and technical literature (elibrary, etc.), FIPS patent database; Infomine database, etc.

Chronological scope of the study: 1998-2023; forecast – 2024-2030

Geography of the study: Russian Federation - comprehensive detailed market analysis, other EAEU countries - production, foreign trade operations, volumes of calcium hypochlorite consumption, world - brief market analysis.

Distinctive features of this study are: the presence of a brief description of the global calcium hypochlorite market, as well as a description of the characteristics of the production and consumption of this chemical in the countries of the former USSR (including those that are part of the EAEU).

The review consists of 7 parts, contains 90 pages, including 21 figures, 33 tables and 2 appendices.

The first chapter of the review provides a brief description of the global calcium hypochlorite market.

The second chapter provides information about the raw materials required for the production of calcium hypochlorite and its characteristics. This chapter also discusses the production technology of the chemical in question. In addition, data is provided on the main suppliers of raw materials, directions and volumes of supplies.

The third chapter of the review is devoted to the production of calcium hypochlorite in the EAEU countries. This section provides statistical and estimated data on the production volumes of calcium hypochlorite in Russia and the EAEU countries. In addition, the quality indicators of these products are given.

The fourth chapter of the review provides data on foreign trade operations with calcium hypochlorite in Russia, as well as in other EAEU countries.

The fifth chapter provides information on the price level for calcium hypochlorite on the domestic Russian market, and also analyzes data on changes in export-import prices for products in Russia and other countries of the post-Soviet space (including those included in the EAEU).

The sixth chapter of the review examines the consumption of calcium hypochlorite in Russia. This section shows the balance of production and consumption of products, the sectoral structure of consumption, describes the current state and prospects for the development of the largest consumer industries and consumer enterprises.

Also given here are the volumes of calcium hypochlorite consumption in other countries of the post-Soviet space (including those included in the EAEU).

The seventh chapter of the review provides a forecast for the development of production and consumption of calcium hypochlorite in the Russian Federation for the period until 2030.

The appendices provide addresses and contact information of enterprises producing and consuming calcium hypochlorite in Russia.

    Target audience of the study:

    - calcium hypochlorite (bleach) market participants – manufacturers, consumers, traders;

    - potential investors.

The proposed study purports to be a reference guide for marketing services and specialists working in the calcium hypochlorite market.
